We accept Japanese Medical Insurance (Kokumin Kenko Hoken or Shakai Hoken).
You are responsible for thirty percent of the total cost with the insurance.
Psychotherapy or counseling is not covered by insurance in Japan. Please inquire about our fee when you make an appointment.
We provide our services for refugee claimants. Please consult with International Social Service Japan (ISSJ) or Japan Association for Refugees (JAR) about financial support for your medical treatment before your initial visit.
We provide our services for those who are on welfare. Please consult with a welfare office to get a voucher before visiting us.
A letter for diagnosis and treatment (Shindan-sho), as well as an opinion paper (Iken-sho), will require a fee.
You can get a prescription at the end of your visit. If you don’t know where to buy medication, we will refer you to some pharmacies in the neighborhood. As Japanese Medical Insurance covers the cost of medication, your out of pocket expense is thirty percent of the total cost.
